At Grinds Coffee Pouches, we want you to be fully satisfied with your energy boost; if our products don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened items. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our coffee pouches, we cannot accept returns on opened cans or used merchandise.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened cans in their original shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Send your return to our warehouse facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely for processing.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
